Summer Camp

Your gymnastics journey begins here

Join us for an exciting summer training. We are training the best athletes in a safe and healthy environment. Even if you are just taking your first steps in Rhythmic Gymnastics or you are an experienced athlete already, our camp can be what you are looking for.

The training is divided in 3 sessions at our home gym, at the Grace Chapel gym in Lexington, MA. We offer recreational camp, developmental team and elite team.

Session 1 – July 18 – July 29. Recreational camp focused on learning the basics of rhythmic gymnastics. Daily conditioning and ballet for all levels.

Session 2 – August 1st to August 12. Advancing your knowledge of rhythmic gymnastics, all teams will learn new routines and recreational camps will learn beginner routines.

Session 3 – August 15 to August 26. Body development and apparatus work with all levels. Recreational camp available as well. Focus on learning RG and preparing for end of summer show.

High level team – Elites and level 9 athletes are required to attend all sessions. Developmental team – Level 3-8 must sign up for minimum 2 sessions.

Guest athletes are invited to join us for summer training. No requirement on number of sessions for guest athletes.

Schedule

9am – 12pm – body training – warm up, stretching, ballet and conditioning.

12:00pm to 1:00pm break

1:00pm to 5:00pm – apparatus work, routine development and cool down.

All Sessions offer recreational camp as well. Beginning with age 5, get your first taste of rhythmic gymnastics in our camp. No experience necessary. Same registration links below are for all levels. Our recreational camp is focused on fun, exciting learning of a new sport and interesting daily activities.
